Same as everyone else, they allowed me to be defrauded. I relied on their 10 day refund (as long as the campaign was still going on and I hadn't received anything) to protect me. After day six, I went to get a refund but the campaigner "marked my contribution as refunded" and now I can't do anything. Out $879

Indiegogo has found a way to support fake ideas and terrible or no product at all. In-DIE-GOgoto hell im assuming will be the name of the company once this one has to change there name for lack of service.

I made a purchase of $298 from a listing online that appeared to be legitimate With no mention of “contribution “ until I made payment then on the receipt said “thank you for contributing to this product “ What a scam! No help and is designed as a no win or refund intentionally! It reminds me of trying to unlock a phone from ****when you want to change providers, it’s impossible!! AGAIN, Indiegogo is a SCAM !!

this is this biggest SCAM ON THE PLANTED, unreal that bbb support this so called company, what a scam, do not order any thing from them, I ordered a mi guitar back in august 2018 , now almost may 2019 and not a thing arrive much less a status report. FAKE !!!!!! ******

I would almost argue this is more a gambling website than anything else. Luckily I didn't lose a great deal of money, but the experience of backing a product, them not fulfilling, and then Indiegogo refusing to refund your pledge (after they collected and sit on a portion of your money), seems too commonplace. I've backed two campaigns on this website - the first was for a follow up to an existing product, which luckily for me was delivered. Phew. I was a backer of one of their campaigns and the complaints were insane. The company was delaying and messing up all over the place on an Indiegogo campaign and it was clearly becoming a scam. I sought help from Indiegogo and posted a complaint. Indiegogo ignored me and my concerns. So I filed a scam complaint with my credit card company and they refunded my money to me, despite as I learned in an email, that Indiegogo rebutted my claim. Shame on everyone involved. Indiegogo is just a scam website. Products didn't arrive. Unable to reach the campaigner. No refund policy. No customer service. Even people complaints about fraud, Indiegogo still allows campaigner to collect money. Do NOT NEVER invest in any Indiegogo campaign. I start to wonder if BBB is credible by giving scammers an A+ rating.

I paid over $65 to a campaign, they were over a year and a half late and then they cancelled. I asked for a refund the day I got the message and the Indiegogo worker could not find my information. I then tried again to get my refund and now I’m being told I’m past the date to request. I’m absolutely disgusted and now seeing they have a 1star customer rating on BBB yet BBB gives them A+? Wonder if there’s kickbacks involved?
