We've used Indiegogo before, and they couldn't transfer the funds to our bank account in ******, that we had collected. They made so many excuses why it wouldn't go through. We even gave them another bank account, and they were not able to make the transfer. They said that the new bank account wasn't in the name that was on the Indiegogo account, even though at first they said it would work. We told them to make the transfer through wise.com and that said they couldn't do that as it is not what they do. So after almost a yea... read more

I've asked for a refund multiple times over 3 years and still don't have one. I was scammed by a campaign the never delivered a product and Indiegogo doesn't care. The website is filled with scams. They just want your money and won't refund it.

The park and diamond bike helmet scam has been going on since 2018. Millions taken and no helmet yet as of Jan 2022. They continue to post "updates" which basically just keep the scam going. I will never crowd fund again. ****** learned.

Never received my products I spent money backing and Im not the only one. Company is SND RAY, and Indiegogo has not done anything to help backers receive a refund. Indiegogo is just letting scammers scam. This company should go down with SND RAY and all other scammers through their platform. Take responsibility!!!!

Indiegogo does NOT have any avenue to submit a help ticket (they say they do but try clicking on contact us - then you'll be asked to log in again. then you have to go back to the help center and get a prompt that says help needs to verify your email, clicking on that link lands you nowhere.there are people running SCAMS on Indiegogo - Indiegogo says to contact them (see above) OR click on the "Let us know" link at the bottom of each campaign page. Indiegogo needs to a better job of researching the companies that they not only allow on their website, but actively promote and market out to its users. It's my opinion that when Indiegogo reaches out to previous backers to promote the next best thing, this is Indiegogo's "stamp of approval" and I learned the hard way that they don't stand behind anything. I was part of a crowdfunding for Portable Triple Screen Laptop Workstation by OFIYAA since Jan 2021. And gave me promises that they will fulfill the perk within months. Months gone by and never got the perk. Contacted the company and never replied so I contacted indiegogo for a solution and they never replied and never backed their contributors. It is all a scam both companies are fraudsters. My contributors no. 598

The campaigner I backed has been very unresponsive and after a month from scheduled delivery I did not receive any communication or reply from them so I disputed the charge and indiegogo screwed me over by putting a chargeback tag and threatened to not give me my perk if I dont remove the dispute. I then contacted my bank and removed my dispute and sent all the necessary documents to prove that dispute was resolved. I have yet to hear back to indiegogo team to resolve this issue in your end.
