I have lost faith in Indiegogo. In my opinion you would be better off taking your money to ***** and taking your chances there. There may be some legit projects but after dealing with the foldneat project I will not be taking any additional risks on!

I will never do business with Indiegogo again. They continue to allow vendors that clearly are not intending to deliver to continue to secure more backers. What motivation do they have? Nothing. Apparently even BBB isn't doing anything as Indiegogo still displays the BBB logo on their website. What is the value of BBB if they allow their logo to be used this way? What do they stand for? But I digress. Don't trust what you see on Indiegogo."

This platform enables con artists to advertise multiple similar products under different company names. The cons will run a crowd finding campaign on Indiegogo with no intention to ever supply the products and swindle campaign backers money Indiegogo gets their fair share and are an equal accomplice Don’t do business with these cons!!

I backed a project on here over a year ago. As of today 5-25-2021 I have yet to receive anything. I've contacted the seller several times without any response. Contacted indiegogo customer service and all they tell me is I have to contact the seller. Seller only updates once a month if that. And usually it's a excuse on why things are delayed once again. Just be warned.

purme a gas mask you can wear everyday scam IndieGoGo rarely responds to supporters and if, then only some of forms. IndieGoGo supports campaigns on this platform that obviously lies and cheat. I'll never support another project there.

Fact is that I have ordered a few things during the last 12 months on that platform, with very disappointing results and when one contacts support to get it sorted, there is no support to get a Refund, even if the Campaigner has reached it's revenue target to product the Product. Example: Ordered on 14 September 2020 Hydroice Powerful Cooling& Ultimate Air Protection With a few extras for $134 including shipping, at that time it already has reached its target cash revenue to be produced and shipped out, so one would think th... read more

I did see this message when checking out on 2021-01-05: Your donation is a way to support a project but does not guarantee that you will receive a perk. You may request a full refund from Indiegogo until January 15, 2021. Any refunds after this date are the responsibility of the campaign owner, ATMOBLUE Inc. , at their discretion. Learn more The campaign guy marked it as locked in seconds and I was not able to get a refund. DECEPTIVE

I've backed several programs through IGG, and the results are typically less than stellar. Either the product is completely lacking, the campaigner delays into infinity, or like with the Gazer projector, they ghost backers completely. I've contacted IndieGoGo several times for help - either in getting an update from the campaigner or in arranging a refund, and all they do is email the campaigner again.
