The worst responses to an obvious scam. They released the money to the campaign organizer before verifying the sources, manufacturing, credit sources. This organizer scammed over 613 backers for over $384,004 USD. ***** is the name of the company and goes to ********** website that was hosted by *********** and set up with fake emails. Mind you, all this was functional when deciding to back this campaign. I blame INDIEGOGO for poor management of this experience. Never again.

I've been scammed for about 5 Years of promises on a simple to produce product. I don't mind having lost, but why does Indiegogo continue to allow the scammers to solicit new donations. I will NEVER fall for a Kickstarter or Indiegogo or any similar scam again.

It has been a few weeks since my campaign ended and they still haven't given the funds to me. Ive emailed back and forth with them, they said my bank info is wrong... but it was validated before the campaign went live and I have sent them all the info again. I am super frustrated. This website is not trustworthy.

I was a backer for Shrooly. ******* has now amassed $1,314,652 and have yet to send out a single product and Indiegogo continues to allow them to take peoples money even though this is overt fraud. I have filed a complaint with the ***, one with my state's attorney general and now one with the BBB.This is outright fraud, money laundering and wire fraud and no one is willing to stop it.

I have been telling Indiegogo for months that their campaign linked below is a scam. I have emails proving this communication, but customer support just marks my case as solved and never responds. I have 13 solved cases with no responses from Indiegogo. This is just mind blowing. Please dont fall victim to the below, I lost money on kickstarter to them and honestly just wanted to help others by having the scam product removed from Indiegogo. ************************************************************************************... read more

I have been ripped off by not one, not two, but three of the campaigns that I supported on this site. I was told I would get a refund for months from Mihogo bikes, and that never occurred. And then I see that they put that same company as a trusted source on their site. I lost $6,000. I would not recommend this site to anyone.

Indiegogo is a scam and knowingly conducts fraud. ******: backed this project, requested refund which was approved. They have yet to give me my refund to my credit card after 40 days. NeoPs1: backed this project, requested refund which was approved. Over 30 days and still no refund to my card.Instafloss: backed 4 years ago, still hasn't been delivered.

Contributed $225 to the "Micro Drone 4.0 - Affordably Priced Under $200" in February 2019. To date no one has received any drones. Some early backers got their money back trough Indiegogo but there was zero money left so the VAST majority did NOT. I was told this by Indiegogo support and thankfully they put the campaign "under review" and stopped contributions. However they did nothing to resolve the problem beyond that. I've been waiting for this product for a little over a year. Haven't heard anything more since they had said they had some being sent out. Then all of a sudden they're saying there's an issue with some of the chargers not working right. They've sent a video of production but like others who said they haven't seen or received any tracking information. The company I had been dealing with was from *******.
