Zero stars. Only one of the campaigns I backed ever panned out. When one of the companies tanks do not expect ANY resolution. You are throwing your money in the toilet.

DO NOT USE INDIEGOGO! They receive a % of the crowdfunding. They will NEVER respond or help you if you get your money stolen. SND RAY is a sunglasses company that has a project on Indiegogo. They have not sent any product to their customers, they wont respond to emails/text, and indiegogo is doing absolutely nothing about it. Stay away from this website.
they just let you get scammed and will not recover or refund your money

I ordered 2 QuenchSea from this company. It was not for a campaign. I received 2 updates since 2020. No product has been manufactured. This is a scam, fraud. Next time I will read the BBB before I order anything again. I will also be contacting Paypay as well.
I have lost faith in Indiegogo. In my opinion you would be better off taking your money to ***** and taking your chances there. There may be some legit projects but after dealing with the foldneat project I will not be taking any additional risks on!
I will never do business with Indiegogo again. They continue to allow vendors that clearly are not intending to deliver to continue to secure more backers. What motivation do they have? Nothing. Apparently even BBB isn't doing anything as Indiegogo still displays the BBB logo on their website. What is the value of BBB if they allow their logo to be used this way? What do they stand for? But I digress. Don't trust what you see on Indiegogo."
