I was part of a crowdfunding for Portable Triple Screen Laptop Workstation by OFIYAA since Jan 2021. And gave me promises that they will fulfill the perk within months. Months gone by and never got the perk. Contacted the company and never replied so I contacted indiegogo for a solution and they never replied and never backed their contributors. It is all a scam both companies are fraudsters. My contributors no. 598
The campaigner I backed has been very unresponsive and after a month from scheduled delivery I did not receive any communication or reply from them so I disputed the charge and indiegogo screwed me over by putting a chargeback tag and threatened to not give me my perk if I dont remove the dispute. I then contacted my bank and removed my dispute and sent all the necessary documents to prove that dispute was resolved. I have yet to hear back to indiegogo team to resolve this issue in your end. Zero stars. Only one of the campaigns I backed ever panned out. When one of the companies tanks do not expect ANY resolution. You are throwing your money in the toilet.

DO NOT USE INDIEGOGO! They receive a % of the crowdfunding. They will NEVER respond or help you if you get your money stolen. SND RAY is a sunglasses company that has a project on Indiegogo. They have not sent any product to their customers, they wont respond to emails/text, and indiegogo is doing absolutely nothing about it. Stay away from this website.
they just let you get scammed and will not recover or refund your money

I ordered 2 QuenchSea from this company. It was not for a campaign. I received 2 updates since 2020. No product has been manufactured. This is a scam, fraud. Next time I will read the BBB before I order anything again. I will also be contacting Paypay as well.
