I just plain LOVE IKEA! I save money on so many cool and fun things!
After close to 2 hours on the phone with customer service requesting information on an order placed online it is apparent that there is no such thing as customer service. Supervisor was supposed to call me back over 5 hours ago now I am on hold waiting again with 40 minutes on this phone call alone. Ordered online and received order confirmation, credit card billed and no communication after the sale. Very polite and professional staff. Devin (near the sofa section) was especially kind and helpful! This was my first visit and it was mind boggling but fun!

Visited today. Car park all wet tar. No warning signs. Myself and childrens shoes ruined. Now tar in car carpets. Manager Bill did not care. Customer service non existent.... not even an appology. Know im not the only one complaining today

At first it was horrible because I couldn't find anything that I was looking for I finally found and Associates he was very rude and it made me feel like he didn't want to help me. kept telling me that the dresser was out of stock, it so happened that I found the dresser on my own. I was in the store for 2 hours and all I needed was one dresser.
