Great visit yesterday to IKEA!!! I was able to find what I was looking for. We had lunch in the restaurant. I was disappointed in the food, and cleanliness of the dining room. The young ladies working seemed to not be too concerned about dirty tables and lack of utensils. Other than that, we were satisfied with our visit.

The cafeteria offerings are surprisingly tasty and healthy. The stuffed artichoke chicken and green beans were awesome.
Love it - but it sure is easy to lost in there...
Being an avid IKEA fan, I'm very sad that it's 3 hours away. But that's good for my wallet and small house. 😜 I now list my wants under favorites in the app and strategize my visits. I use my favorites as my shopping list or so I know what to look at in person. My next visit will involve a trailer. 😂
Generally I LOVE IKEA but they really didn't have their act together and no a lot of staff around to help find things. I shopped for outdoor furniture but there was no furniture display to look at or sit on etc and then not being able to find where it was. Kinda let me down IKEA �
Lots to choose from and helpful sales people. But that's a lot of walking when you're hunting for one specific item! They need more shortcuts from one section to the next so you don't have to wander the whole store to buy one item!
I recently moved to the United States and bought most of my household furniture from IKEA. Although I love the ideas , their customer service is pathetic. We placed an order for sleeper sofa almost a month ago and we haven't received it yet. I have to wait on the line for 40 minutes to talk to a customer service agent who has no clue where the order is ! They end up putting you on hold for another 20 minutes to talk to a manager who has no visibility into warehouse to respond to our concerns. We asked them to cancel the orde... read more
