Worst customer service ever. 6 months ago I ordered a desk and it arrived damaged. Months later, they sent two other replacements (broken again) and was charged additionally for the replacement desks. Adding insult to injury, IKEA claims to credit card company that I received the merch. Angie in Ikea Customer service made promises of refunds, and followed up with no success, no return phone calls...UNACCEPTABLE. If possible to give negative stars, I would.

Dear Ikea, You are truly evil. Your negligence to deal with our filed claim is a sad excuse for customer support. If you think you can scam your customers to churn a few bucks, your business model is seriously flawed.
