I drove from Asheville, NC yesterday to pick up some furniture items at this IKEA. Out of the 5 large items I was trying to pick up, they had none of them in stock. Not only was their stock horrendously low, but the help from employees could be described as dismal at best. Several times I had questions about various products and after waiting 30+ minutes to ask one question, gave up when I saw the employee I had been waiting to ask a question suddenly dissapeared. Great selection waited 40 mins to pay, this is not acceptable in any retail store. If I could have found what I was looking for somewhere else I would have walked out
Waited 6 hours on our delivery yesterday and it didn’t ever show. Spent an hour on the phone with Ikea Wednesday night and got two different stories. No one knows where our stuff is. Called today, again, on the phone for an hour. They still don’t know what happened and can’t deliver our things until NEXT Wednesday! Poor service!
No one who worked there knew wtf they were doing!

Best store around, great prices! I got hotpads for $1.25 each, great quality, not think like Walmart. I got a metal colander for 4.99. Stuff is good quality and appears to be well made. I love the top floor with the room setups. The cafeteria is great and a nice place to take a break. Plan on spending 2+ hours to see it all.
