Never, ever shop here. If you have to, make sure you're sorting out your own delivery. I've been on the phone all day with customer services over in Maryland trying to figure out what's happened to the delivery that was due yesterday. We haven't even had a phone call from someone at IKEA Brooklyn to tell us what's happening. The lines where insanely long and when e finally got to the cashier 40 minutes later they had no bags. We had to go on a scavenger hunt for bags. Get your act together IKEA Brooklyn!
The worse service ever. !!!!! You could had a bad experience with one employees ... But in IKEA brooklyn are the exepcion : ALL EMPLOYEES ARE BAD !!!!!! I tried to contact customer services or the manager and they looked at you as animal ...
