Overall great experience shopping,except the cafeteria food was tasteless and cold......leaving in the late afternoon,just 2 check-out lanes open....🙁
Ordered a bed in late November from the store in Charlotte. We were told it would be delivered on December 8th. Waited all day for truck to arrive—nothing. Finally called the delivery service, they claimed shipment never arrived from IKEA. Tried 7 times to call customer service, waiting an average of 30 minutes each time—could never talk live to anyone. I was overwhelmed with the amount and variety of merchandise. The prices and the quality of the items I bought were exceptional. Awesome, fun 5 hours!
To start off, IKEA is awesome. This store is always super helpful and well stocked! Painting items is a great way to take it from basic, to custom!
"One can't simply walk into Mordor"....................Yes one can, because the sliding glass doors just open up for you. It was my first and last trip to that god forsaken store.
I Love Dome Of The Products Here But Trying To Get Some Help When Searching Or Have Questions Is Almost Impossible...I Waited Almost A Hour For Some Assistance In The Lighting Department For Them To Only Tell Me The Item Was Out Of Stock...I Mean Come On At Least Have The Correct Items Listed For Out Of Stock...Just Thought The Service Would Be A Lot Better Than What I Endured.
I love IKEA in Charlotte but there is one major flaw for a store that is so giant... there should be bathrooms throughout the store. It should be mandatory because there are a growing number of illness and diseases that require excessive bathroom use. To have one set of bathrooms in a store that is 356,000 square feet is unacceptable.
