I had not been to Ikea since I left Germany years ago. I was pleasantly surprised. I had a great time and purchased lots of furniture and nic naks for my home and new office! My son and I had lunch on site and it was AMAZING and affordable (less than $5) including THE BEST office since I left Germany. I will definitely be back on the regular. I've already peeped out my next set of furniture for my hubby's man cave!
My first trip was awful? It was a Saturday afternoon and it was so crowded and the shoppers were so rude. They wouldn't say excuse me or move out of the way. Nice products though.
We love Ikea! Go here every chance we get. Most of our house is furnished from here. The only complaint I have is that the bathrooms are not the cleanest and I don't know how many sinks I had to go to to find one that worked. That and the soap dispensers too. Besides that I can't complain.
The new Knislinge sofa for $299 broke beyond repair after 5 months. Because the receipt was lost in the move, you will not replace or refund. Just a loss of $300 for nothing.

I drove there from Charleston.wont be returning. I bought four packs of room lights for my daughters. When we got home, not only were they mislabeled but not of them worked.
Some of your cashiers need to be retained in how to not be so dang hateful. We asked a member of your staff how to get back around to upstairs to see a piece of furniture we wanted to purchase. He specifically TOLD US to go through the cashier line and tell them we weren't checking out yet but just going upstairs. This hateful bat grabs our cart as if we were thiefs and when we told her what we were told, she near about yells at us that no we weren't told that! We drove 2 hours to visit your store...
