It's 25 minutes after opening, the returns line is packed and only two employees are handling returns. So depressing.
Okay, so I did not know about Ikea Brooklyn issues, but I am a victim as of tonight. I paid $99 for delivery and they informed me today between 8:00pm-11:59pm. Guess what happened nothing came, what is going on, did I miss something? If I actually received my purchased product in the time provided, I would surely have thought they should have gained a 4 or 5 star. Oh well.
great place, the food was very good, the customer service excellent... it's a shame we could not find what we were looking for... but they promised for the end of the week is gonna be fine.
This location has the worst managment ever! The echa ge, pick up system does not work at all! It's bizzare to spend 4 hours to pick up one item that has been exchanged because the first time it came damaged in the box! Waiting first time, waiting again! This is not the way to treat customers!!! Hire more people or get a better pick up system! Not to mention we have to stand the whole time! Disgusting!
I like the store. Cheap furniture at its best no doubt. BUT PLEASE IKEA, CAN YOU DO WHATEVER YOU NEED TO SO THERE IS CELL PHONE SERVICE IN YOUR GIGANTIC STORE IN BROOKLYN. WiFi would be nice too. I mean its 2014, even worst subway system in the world MTA has service in its stations. Unless you doing it on purpose which ACTUALLY makes my shopping for work at your store almost impossible. Hope some one reads this. Hope its not an intern...
