We drove 2 1/2 hours it’s not what I expected to see. Very disorganize not a very good floor setup.. been to a 3 different store location and states. my favorite store location is in Portland.
Dear God. It took forever to just leave. No simple exit if you aren't buying anything. It was like a Norwegian Escape Room. I nearly had a panic attack, and I don't have panic attacks.
I've forgotten just how good Ikea stores are! Also Thanks to Wallace @ your Ikea Charlotte Store for being super awesome!
I love the products. Just bought first "furniture delivery" item and have now been waiting for about an hour for them to pick the item and bring to us on a cart. Awful process.

Hector pretty much saved our lives helping us pack the car! He made sure everything was tied securely. Best customer service ever!!!!!!
Omg. Love this store - way to much to see - you could spend all day here!!' Easy to find everything - signs all over!!! We ate lunch here too - Swedish meatball special!!!! Got over to self service to get the couch we wanted - it came in 3 boxes but only 2 boxes we on the shelves. Talked to a manager and found the other piece was out in warehouse so they brought it to us!!! Glad we had a U-haul truck!!!!
