Good Night! Ikea is a wonderful place for every one to shop! there are many great things to choose from and such wonderful price range that fits right in your pocket! A great place to take children's and they even enjoy eating a great meal.... :)

GPS experience. Interesting but no big deal.
Today I had the worst experience in a retail store. One of Your employee were rude and he touch me, because he didn't want to help a "fa..." (Btw there's a lot of gays that goes there)Didn't press charges because I was already embarrassed of the public situation and just want to leave.Thanks god Tracey and other employee was there and help me. But I'm not going back NEVER Ever again.

This is a terrible ikea. The worst. Checkout took about an hour, but there werent much customers in front of me. Scheduling home delivery was even worse! It took about 10 minutes for each customer to be processed. There were 4 people in front of me so i stood there waiting for 40 minutes. The extra girl helping was able to process shipments but choose to tidy up and restock allready stocked papers, oblivious to the waiting people. Avoid if you can!
My husband took off work so that we could go and get 2 different shelvings. Both of them were out of stock, one of them (GORM) supposedly for 2 weeks! Not to mention all the other little things "currently out of stock".
I was charged for an item I didn't purchase. For 3 days I have tried to reach a customer service rep by phone about this, but IKEA's phone system is broken - repeatedly disconnects me. None of the menu options to speak with a rep work. It is very frustrating.
