I had the same problem with this store, four days to deliver my stuff a week sleeping on the floor and no one gave any information. Never buy from this store is horrible and the attendants are arrogant
Are you kidding me?????? Wait 6 hours for delivery and no one shows and customer service line is dead????????? What is this??? 1996??? Clean up your act!! Loathsome company.
I would give ikea zero stars if I could. I went to ikea and bought a besta combination they had on display. I forgot to take a picture of the display so I can see how I am configuring it. I called customer service and the combination is not available in picture online. So even though I have the combination number of the display, they have no way of getting a picture to me and I would have to drive 45 minutes each way to the store to be able to put my pieces together. Dear IKEA. You possibly have the WORST customer service I have ever seen. You still owe us a refund that was approved on 9/15 but have not called us to process this refund. It's been 9 days, that is unacceptable. I've called multiple times and NO ONE returns a call.
Terrible. Didn't have 6 of the items I was looking for.. Or the system showed it in stock but couldn't be found. Customer service in the store were not helpful, told me to ring customer service where I held for 20 minutes. In store they were telling each other to take their breaks whilst it was dead (it wasn't). Lined up for 45 minutes.. Worst ikea experience.
