Great experience in Charlotte yesterday. Major kudos to Hector in the loading area who personally helped us load/unload/organize then re-load our vehicle until we could fit all of our purchases. He was excellent and did not hesitate to help and was not satisfied until we were all set and loaded up. Give that guy a huge raise!!
The shopping experience was fine until we went to check out . There were about 25 to 30 people in line and they had three registers open . I had one small item and told my husband I was not going to wait in line 30 minutes to buy one item so we put it back . Why was there not at least one line for possibly 10 items and under?
The products are similar to European style and quality (which is not bad at all) but service and enthusiasm (I hope people reading this word understands it) is FAR away from European claim and the basic idea of IKEA’s founder!
Good items with excellent prices. Will be visiting this store again asap!
Always have a great time in store I wish the daycare took the kids a little longer but other than that always a great time
Do NOT order online. EmiLee had ordered a couch for pickup. We get a text 10 mins prior to us arriving to pick it up for them to say come a different day due to 1 piece wasn’t pulled yet. She goes in gets the pieces that are ready and they say they will deliver the one piece the following Friday. Friday comes, window for delivery is 11-3 with them calling 1 hr to say they are on there way. Well..... they never called to say on way but did call to say they couldn’t find her. So beautiful that the tables are but too expensive for what it is .. pressed cardboard. It is a pity to buy and I love it but you can not .. too much price for poor quality .. and pessimistic service
Horrible customer service. I received my bookshleves and when I opened them one piece was cracked. I called the customer service number. Held on for over 45 minutes the first time and no one ever got on the phone. Called back another day and again I have been on hold for over 30 mintues waiting to talk to someone. I am still waiting to talk to someone.
