My expectation of delivery is that my products will be delivered to the rooms they were purchased for... especially when you have a fractured hand and your customer service was not customer service at all. #poorguestexperience #ikea #iwillnotshopuagain
Lady in Cabinets with the Grey hair was extremely unprofessional. We waited patiently for an hour to order cabinets and then when order them and the lady told us the store was closing and they would not pull them. This was after waiting on her to converse with her boss for a few minutes during our order. That is piss poor customer service!!!
We purchased a couch in-store 4 WEEKS AGO and scheduled to have it delivered to our house today. Was told that they would call between 9am-9pm and no one ever called and we are without a couch right now. WHERE IS OUR COUCH!?! I cannot seem to get a hold of anyone on their customer service line and have been trying for HOURS. Either you all need to respond to this and get our delivery ASAP or give us our money back. Worst customer service EVER. Very very disappointed!
Build one in Tennessee! And not in Nashville, it would be the same drive to N.C.
The people are rude especially in the cafeteria. The portions are small and the prices are way too high. Ikea is going downhill fast. This store is a very poorly managed store. I can’t believe people are still coming here. I’m sure it won’t last long
