One of the worst experiences I have had. Ordering online and I am told my order will be delivered 2 weeks later (which I was okay with) but the day it was to be delivered I receive a call that they don't know where my order is. 5 days later they still cannot tell me where my order is. I have literally been on hold for 30 minutes trying to talk to someone about a refund; I did send an email. I will never shop there for as much as a teaspoon again.
First time at Ikea in Charlotte!! Very impressive. However was out of stock on item we wanted. Had to order. Kind of disappointing! But nonetheless our experience was great! Found many cool things!!! Going back soon!!! #i❤️IKEA
Horrible experience at the children play area registration desk. 2 female employees very rude and discourteous.
Very good place to find odds and ends but one of my favorite stores very kind workers!!!!
