RecommendedHad a problem with one of the side panels of the drawers not lining up. Afterwards the drawer didn't fit properly. Called the help line and did not get a response. 35 mins later we gave up.
No less than 15 checkout lanes and only 4 open. Ridiculous! We just left.

This is my happy place. Start off with a free triple espresso courtesy of the ikea family card and some meatballs and then the journey begins. My goal in life is to have one of their kitchens, just like it is in their showroom.
Thank you Derrick and Chris for turning a bad experience into a very positive one. Due to a disability, I needed assistance getting my items pulled from the shelves. After some confusion and misunderstanding, Derrick and Chris turned it all around and helped me themselves and I left the store very satisfied with IKEA.
It’s got a lot of nice stuff in there! It is so Big it will take awhile to shop! So get some water 💦 in case you get Thristy because you will from all the walking. 😊😊😊😊
Place is huge. Good food and most prices are comparable
We have always had to drive to an IKEA, since there is never one in the cities we’ve lived. We now drive 3 1/2 to 4 hours to get to our closest IKEA. Last trip was yesterday 8/11/2018 and the parking lot was full. Got lucky to find someone leaving. Spent about 3 hours walking thru it and getting our stuff. Got to the registers (3/4 of them were open) but still took 30 to 45 minutes to check out. This I have come to expect. IKEA is always worth the drive and can’t till our next trip. �
