Out if what I went to get then what few things I got, had to stand in line for about 20 mins. Out of 26 registers they had 4 open. One closed while waiting. And it was back to school Friday. I called the store which said to call a toll free customer service number so I did. It said not in service. Lines all the way down the isle for self service items.
Doing a return at Ikea is torture!! Only two people working and apparently they are doing something other than a return because it’s taking FOREVER!!!

Impossible to do business with. I ordered something online, after I purchased they said it wasn’t in stock. They will not give me a delivery day, and called to try and cancel order and they say this isn’t my department. The department that handles it just hangs up. How can I cancel my order?
