Its just making me sick to stand in line to checkout. There are 26 lanes to checkout and only 5 are open this is ridiculously stupid.
the checkout lines are 40 people long and they have 5 registers open. it's amazingly stupid, mismanaged and ill-planned.
Ikea, I went to your Charlotte store a week ago for the first time ever. Today I see on the news that in Italy, the IKEA there let in all the strays in from the cold. I want to tell you thank you for that and say I am a loyal customer of yours for life now. great job!
The checkout lines are currently ridiculous. They need EVERY line OPEN especially around the holidays.
Denied daughter with Down Syndrome for being 55” for the play area at 54”. Spoke to the “only manager” in the entire store who denied her.
Ordered a bed the headboard was damaged, reported it and they sent the wrong piece, called after being hung up on several times finally got a real person, supposed to have placed the order, haven’t seen anything on the replacement part, and just tried to find out about it and was hung up on again. I guess I have to build the customer service too.
Ikea. That says it all. 😉
Worst customer service in the world. Spent 40+ min waiting to cash out. Made the mistake of only getting 1 of 2 boxes for the shelf I bought. Went back waiting in line at customer service for 50 min and was told to bring the other box back and they could do an exchange. Is it that hard just to give me box 2? I would rather put my stuff on cardboard boxes then ever go to this place again. I will be bringing everything I bought back and going elsewhere!
