First time customer of Ikea and I decided to buy my kitchen cabinets & countertops. Made my purchase, loaded my merchandise, and went home to find out that I was missing so many pieces. I literally made over 15 more trips and purchases collecting items that were never included in my original purchase because the associates clearly don’t know what they are doing. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!! Can’t get anyone to answer a phone call. I literally tried every combination available on the phone system and kept getting the “We’re too busy to talk to you right now” message. I have missing items from a delivery and NO WHERE TO TURN!
