RecommendedCan't say enough good things about Donald in the kitchen department. I booked a kitchen-planning appointment hoping to crystallize the kitchen plan for a small cabin. Donald transformed those plans into a room that will be the heart of the home. He lent his talent, patience, and ingenuity. Other parts of IKEA CLT seem to have some funky customer-service issues, but the kitchen department has been on point each time I speak with them, and Donald took that to a whole new level. Much gratitude!
This store is huge!! Takes a couple of hours to go through! Although there were many, many people there, they have it set up so it’s easy to move around! Lots to choose from. Lines to check out were very long and took a while! This is something they need to work on.
Prices are reasonable. Quality of the goods varies but overall is appropriate given the price point. Customer service is abysmal.
Do visit to Ikea, it's good to see the verity of goods and services at one place.

Restaurant was closed! Terrible news for a Swede going from Greensboro for some flatpacks and meatballs. The meatballs is the motivation needed to stand furniture shopping!

Love the store and shopping experience but please hire more cashiers
Never going back, four check out registers open and tons of people trying to check out. Slowly another two opened but traffic was increasing so not helping checkout go faster. Watched two guys for 15 minutes try to open two more registers and just sat there waiting for? Nice fun store until the checkout experience ruined it. Spent more time trying to check out than I did in the store... NEVER again....
