Ikea needs to never use Northern Logistics for deliveries! I have been waiting for almost a month for 2 bookcases. Northern Logistics has rescheduled twice - they say they only delivery on Wednesdays and will not allow me to pick up at their hub. I have taken 2 full days from work last Wed and this Wed and still have not received my bookcases.
