Such a great store with great products! I enjoy coming to get ideas and be able to purchase those items in the same place. I ate dinner tonight in the restuarant and it was great!
Horrible experience. Item not in stock. No one was in the department to help me and it took me 10 minutes to track down an employee. Another employee had to be sent to the department and took an additional 10 minutes. After all the waiting for employees, the item was out of stock. To top off the horrible customer service, one manager had no sympathy and took phone calls when I was trying to speak with her and another manager about my frustrations.

Incredibly filthy ladies restrooms. Nothing more to say. Not respecting your customers enough to provide clean restrooms says it all.
Very disappointed in the kids area staff. I will not return to Ikea in Chsrlotte.
