Great facility but very short on staff during my visit. There were lines for everything and not because it was busy. I could have gotten out in 1/3 less time with more food service, floor staff, cashiers, and customer service people.
Huge store with great prices for anything you need.
It didn’t have as many new and cool it EMS as it used to. It was picked over and frankly not very good quality
Great customer service and overall great place to go for home furnishings. Just wish they would bring one to the Raleigh/Durham or Greensboro area.
tooooo long to check out. oh, aaand items with display tags are not for sale. we took 6 soup bowls to register, 3 were marked as display, so we left them all.

Friendly staff, great cafeteria, especially for kids. Kids drop off play area includes movies and craft activity. Wow, what other store has drop off childcare;)
