Ive waited on a couch to get delivered we ordered online for over 2 months. We call ICat every week and are told that they are trying to get a small truck to deliver... this has been the same conversation for 8 weeks. We cant call the customer service number to cancel because it will hang up on up on you "due to a high volume of callers". What a nightmare. Next up is the BBB and a lawyer to get our money back since they have had the $1800 payment for 2 months and no product.
Stop hanging up on me like 10 times when I call your only listed customer service number. Since you keep doing this I have no other choice but to buy the items I need somewhere else.
POOR customer service. Phone calls disconnected 9 tiimes.
Always find interesting items and we enjoy the meatballs😄😄😄
I do love IKEA being a native Swede. But this store in Charlotte is tired, no energy in the store, no smiles, no excitement. Lines are long, people working barely talk with you! Shape up!
