Friendly, clean, organized. Staff was very helpful and product selection is better than up in the North East.
I have been waiting at home all day for delivery of our dining table and then I received an email stating that we’d missed the delivery. I called to tell customer service that we’d been home all day and they refused to issue a refund or reattempt delivery. I spent almost an hour on the phone for customer service. Then, Patricia, spouted off a case number for a refund, minus a $70 delivery fee and then hung up on me. This is a scam. I will never shop here again.
