Site verified product is on site. Product is on top shelf. Nobody is able to retrieve my product until 9:30 pm. I was asked to return after 9:30. 5 hours round trip. No worries right. This product is for my rental. I asked management to please rope off the aisle like Lowe’s does, nope. I asked management how they would feel if they rented a house and had no kitchen because someone simply could not rope off the aisle and retrieve the needed item. The answer was ignorant at best. Love all the unique items they offer. Nothing better than their plastic storage bags & their straws.
My first visit. Nice inexpensive furniture. They have customer flow management down to a science.
Big store be ready for a long walk. Get a cart unless you enjoy carrying a yellow bag around. Prices were much lower than i expected. The area has all my favorite stores, Hobby Lobby, T.J.MAXX, and plenty of food. Stop at Culver’s for a great burger.

Can’t get someone to answer phones shopped there Saturday was charged $14.99 for an item we did not buy!!!!! Didn’t realize it till we got home to SC😡
Bought some furniture 2 months, came home and noticed the hardware for the doors were not in the box! Emailed Ikea many times, called so many times after being on hold for ever! Every other week we get one piece missing delivered but not all the ones needed. Now they are saying the few still missing pieces are fragile and should be picked up at the store which is in Charlotte 2 and a half hours away one way!! Ridiculous!! I like everything!! This place has anything you would want or need at a great price ! And the cinnamon buns are delicious too!
