Long lines to check out, we asks a manager to open more than two registers, it took them forever........
Increase their customer service! Just called their number and they're unable to take my call due to call volume. Maybe they need to hire more CSR's to answer the phone. Just a thought.

the delivery is disgusting, I've been waiting 3 days. $ 135 for delivery and I have 3 more days than expected waiting, I have to work, and here time is money. do not hire ikea dlivery services
On two separate days a Monday there were onlg 2 cashiers and the lines were more than 20 people deep ,I walked out and left my items. Just this past Sunday 5 cashiers and lines stretched back to self service area...and again I walked out leaving my items. I guess I am done shopping with you. IKEA my time is important too, it's a shame and your floor managers are rude.
They need to improve the checkout process, employees are highly unprofessional and have no boxes or paper to wrap delicate items. Checkout is a nightmare, they randomly pick stuff and throw in the cart don’t know if you have been charged twice for an item. The need boxes and packing supplies basic stuff st checkout at the bare minimum.
