This store in Charlotte, lacks customer service skills and a major scale! Not to mention if you have a service where you charge the customer extra to pick everything on their order, the order should be double checked and not sent out with 2 box#1s of items. Also when called about correcting the incorrect delivery pieces, This store doesn't follow thru to set up a re delivery of the correct items and pick up the wrong ones! Wating for delivery from 18/07. their phone 888-888-4532 , customer service is horrible, and have been on hold for more then 65 min. They hang up on us.When we go to store and ask delivery service where is our order they said "delivery was marked “not home, but we waiting for them all day.They tell us pick other delivery day(It was 24/07) No calls,no delivery. I will not be using this service again and maybe will not go in IKEA again.
Very cool place. Evidently they had lots of call outs (was told this by a floor crewman) at cashier on July 22nd, and we stood online for about a half hour. I do understand the whole call out problem, so all in all not too bad.
RecommendedI lived near IKEA in Cincinnati and am so glad to live near one in Charlotte :):) I have a favorite duvet cover that my mom was bothering me to get rid of. I bought it at IKEA in 2009. So I got a new one yesterday!! Feels just like the other but new design and so cute

Ignorant, rude and cocky salespeople. I had issues with online ordering, called corporate and they told me to go to the store and they would help. However they didn’t only pissed me off beyond belief because no one even tried to help or listen to me. After getting some type of bs help. He asked me to step aside and wait on three people that were behind me before actually helping lex I spent four hours between phone calls with corporate and in store today.
