Great deals on furniture and more. easy assembly. I suggest getting there at opening as it gets busy fast. I did online order and in store pick up. Was a smooth transaction.

Great Prices Nice Store Workers
Do you ever answer the phone? The delivery people are bringing in doors, shelves, and rods for my wardrobe, but the wardrobe itself is not coming. Should I refuse the delivery or not? I'm planning to dispute the charges on my credit card and filing a report with the city if I don't hear back. What an awful experience. ****Update**** I had much better luck tweeting @ikeausahelp. They sent a quick reply and hopefully there will not be any further issues.
Terrible customer service.
I have been waiting in line for furniture pick up for almost 3 hours (I'm still here at 9:16 and the store closed at 9:00). I told a manger about the extensive delay and she responded "it's a Saturday". I am not likely to shop at IKEA ever again as it seems that none of the employees, or the corporation for that matter, care about the customers. Great job @ikea.
Yesterday I rented a car and drove to IKEA Brooklyn. At furniture pick up I was given SOMEONE ELSE'S ORDER. I called customer service when I got home and realized the problem last night expecting the matter to be corrected immediately ie: sending a van with my things and picking up the wrong items. I was told there is no way to contact the Brooklyn store and that it may take up to 2 weeks to correct this matter, which is totally unacceptable. This is terrible service. Correct your mistake in a timely manner!
