We drove 5 hours to get IKEA knowing they were closing early for the fourth. So we quickly rushed through to look at all the ideas. It was so Hot in the store especially in the cafe. Otherwise good times. Can't wait for an IKEA to come to our area.
Ok don’t go on a Saturday afternoon 35 plus minute wait. Plenty of staff walking around so put them on registers why don’t you.
I called Ikea about an order I just place.. I was on hold for 32 minutes and guess what? They hang up on me. Thank you
Wonderful AND EXTREMELY helpful staff. RAUL (in furniture) was a tremendous help in getting into our hands the very last of an item (53" LED Light Stick) they had in the store. We have a VERY HAPPY teenager! Thank you again RAUL! Sorry we couldn't tell you in-person when we came back to the store. THANK YOU!!!

A sweet lady named Wallace, was the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in my 20 years of life, most people would have given up with what I needed help with but she didn’t and even came to check on me after the store had closed to make sure I got everything that I needed. She made everything so smooth and easy even when things were frustrating. If you ever need help at this IKEA try to find Wallace. She is AWESOME!
