Love the quality of the products and the price for the merchandise is affordable! The carts are a bit hard on my back since all the wheels have the same motion.
Unfortunately, we did not get to shop long....we were on our way to an event, so did not have much time. We will be back. So many good deals !
They need to have more quality control over their deliveries. They hire a third party company to deliver furniture. I was extremely disappointed with the service I received. I will not be using this service again. The wait for phone service is absolutely absurd over 40 minutes. If it doesn't fit in my car I will not be purchasing it from ikea.
Great store. Lots of selection and economical prices. My only complaint is they never have enough checkouts open. It can take longer to pay for things than it does to get through the store.
My second time going to Ikea... great experience and left out with lots of goodies and no money!😜

I drove an hour to this store to buy my son a new bed. The store was fine. Got home putting the bed together a piece is broken. Husband calls customer service. Instead of being able to just ship me the part. I now have to take the bed apart drive an hour there to return to get new bed then drive an hour back hour to put the bed back together. This is udderly ridiculous. This has tainted my view of ikea which I love hence driving an hour to get therr.
