Happy with there furniture, i've experienced 10years of goodness, and saved money with IKEA...ThanXs.
Waited in line an hour to check out, waited in line another hour plus to sign up for home delivery. Sat at home for four hours waiting for delivery only to learn the delivery would be 2 hours delayed. Terrible service and total incompetence. The hassle is not worth the cheap furniture.
WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!! They delivered me only one of the two boxes of my sofa, and even though i paid for pick up delivery and assembling, i still havent received the 2nd missing box as Ikea Brooklyn have not, for the 3rd consecutive time, sent the box to the delivery and assembling company!!!! And of course no one answers the customer service or give any feed back!!!!!!!! I have half a sofa for a month now!!!!!!!
Over two hours just to pick up a counter top. Understaffed and, to say the very least, lack of communication is a big issue with the employees. One of the worst retail experiences in a long while.
I was surprised to learn that there is no lactation room at this store - instead, two employees suggested that I feed my baby in the family restroom. No thanks - that is both gross and completely unhygienic. If you are as committed to families as you say on signs all around the store, please consider providing a clean and private space for women to nurse their children.
I've never encountered such a lack of customer service AND I STILL DON'T HAVE MY FURNITURE TWO DAYS LATER. The people in the store were rude and incompetent. I waited hours on line to check out and get scheduled for home delivery. To boot the home delivery never showed up and I still can't get a straight answer on when I'm going to have a bed to sleep in.
