I love the Charlotte IKEA. The staff is friendly and the store is very clean and organized. My daughter got the perfect rug for her dorm and so much more.

I have to drive nearly 3 hours to get to IKEA, but I’ve always planned my visits. The Charlotte store was well stocked and the staff were all very pleasant and accommodating. Since it’s a drive, I always check stock on the items I want and check the measurements/weights to be sure the packages will fit in my car and that I can maneuver them without assistance. Absolutely awful. Do not order online and expect your items to ship to your house. A company called XPO handles delivery and it’s a joke. I was home all day the day they said they would be here - canceled all of my plans to be home - they never showed up and marked my order as “not home.” When I called to reschedule, they gave me a new date. I received an email at 9:45am saying my delivery was marked “not home.” I was home! All morning! Didn’t even leave the downstairs - not one person knocked or even pulled in my driveway. ... read more
Love looking at the kitchen layouts and all the possibilities to organize. The prices are excellent. Everything I have ever bought from IKEA was exactly what I was expecting.
Donald the sales associate in kitchens was amazing! Very helpful. Great store. Love the meatballs and lingonberry juice too.
