I placed an online order on February 27th. Nothing major just a few small items. I received notice that it was shipping on March 9th. The status hasn’t changed. It still has not left the facility. It has been nearly a month. This is ridiculous. I have tried emailing through the website to find out what the problem is, but never received a response. According to FedEX it’s still sitting in Savannah, Ga waiting for pickup.... still.

Amazing showrooms and clean atmosphere. Staff was friendly and eager to assist with our shopping.
What a nightmare. Ordered a table for delivery. They brought 2 tables and no hardware or legs. Tried to call the customer service number and it won't take calls. For 2 days. I emailed a day ago. Nothing yet. Worst service ever ever ever.
Cashier started tossing our stuff while scanning it. Granted, most of it was not breakable. Was a prick to us when we said we didn’t have a shopping cart- didn’t realize you don’t bag it, so we carried our stuff in there our arms. We don’t shop at IKEA often so we learned a lesson. I know you have nothing to do with your customers’ attitudes, but I don’t view IKEA as available to only the elite and rich. So not sure of the reasons for the bullying. We live an hour and 15 minutes away and love when we take a little day trip to one of my happy places! And love that I have a husband that enjoys looking almost as much as me😁. In fact, he’s getting ready to start putting my new Alex 9 drawer unit together!
I expected so much more from a business like this. The bed canopy my niece wanted was sold out. In store and online, the help desk was no help and the store was rude. There is no way to help a customer get a another item from a another store. Supposedly all Ikea are run independently from one another. WHY BE A CHAIN THEN
I had A HORRIBLE experience! Manager was rude and refused to help me communicate with appropriate people and fix issues. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
