Opening a new store in Raleigh isn’t going to be sufficient. There needs to be a third store in the Triad. The afternoon wait at check out was unacceptable.
Too few cashiers for the number of people and after waiting in line to checkout I then had to wait again at Furniture Pickup for my item which wasn't even furniture. I bought a mirror!

Worst experience ever ordering online. Merchandise was ordered first part of december, has now been delayed 2weeks from original delivery date. So, ikea has my stuff delivered to Gastonia from Georgia... THEN, the people at the delivery company in Gastonia are supposed to bring it to me in coastal, SC... So happy to have Ikea in Charlotte, NC. What a great place to purchase furniture with very price tags. There’s even a Cafetera awesome for families.
25 minutes in line at 4:30 in the afternoon with plenty of workers walking around the store or standing and talking with each other
