Drove almost two hours to make my first IKEA purchase. Says online that they still have three in stock. Went to talk to a clerk about buying one and he said they ran out this morning. I was going to spend between $400-$500 with all the stuff I had in my cart but now IKEA has lost all of that sell, as well as all future sales. Not driving the almost two hours again and not paying that shipping. #WastedTwoHours #ThanksIKEA
Love this store if I didn't get tired so easy I could stay in it all day and that's about how long it would take to look at everything it is also reasonable priced yesterday we bought a queen size bed dinette table and chairs besides all the small things we bought and were really pleased with everything I have told everyone they need to go check it out we are planning another trip soon my suggestion for your store is to put some benches through out your store some people need to rest in between all the buying

I have only ever been to ikea Atlanta or ordered online. This trip my husband and I knew what we were getting, confirmed it was in stock and drove to Charlotte. 58 minutes in, got the item, paid and loaded. Everyone we talked with was super nice and helpful. It was an exceptionally pleasant experience.
Horrible return area! They discontinued a frame that I purchased. I finally opened the frame and the plastic “glass” was cracked on one of the ten frames I purchased, I asked if I could take the glass from the similar frame because mine was discontinued and I was told no I had to purchase the frame that didn’t match my nine others.
Really good store, get lost in there, got tons of stuff we can use at home
We just stopped in while traveling. Picked up a few kitchen items. Good experience. Just sooooo much walking to get to the checkout.
I never write reviews but this Ikea experience has been the absolutely the worst. I ordered my kitchen from them in November. I used the kitchen planning staff's assistance and waited 5 weeks for my items to deliver. When I got them, I saw the staff who "helped me" had done all kinds of fun things like ordering the wrong size cabinets, the wrong number of doors, etc. I had to drive 2 hours each way to get the right pieces, and pay for all of these mistakes myself.
