Dear Ikea Brooklyn, why isnt your delivery system working? The company skiped the delivery for the second time, (sitting there the whole day without an info). what will happen next? we have no trust any more in them. Is this the stoneage of Ikea?
Terrible, my 7 month old baby, wife and me are shopping for our anniversary, and when we are leaving after ordering Uber taxi, their security stopped us and told us we can't have the taxi parked at their driveway which was empty. He forced our family to walk across the street in scoring heat and while yelling at us to state the drive way is private and contract to their taxi. The customer service in the food court needs a major overhaul. Had to wait 15 minutes for bowls to come out after being completely ignored.....smh never eating here again #youhadtoseeit #messy
Absolute worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I went to the store to schedule my delivery because they didn't have it in stock. I got the email to confirm. When the day arrives, I didn't receive my home delivery nor a phone call/email regarding the absence of it. Then I tried to get in contact with the store and no one is there to answer the phone. Can someone please help?
NEVER ORDER FROM IKEA USA. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. WORST EXPERIENCE. NO HELP. YOU WILL BE ON HOLD FOR HOURS AND WHEN YOU FINALLY GET SOMEONE ON THE PHONE THEY'LL TELL YOU THAT YOU NEED TO GO INTO THE STORE BC THEY CANT HELP. THEY DONT GIVE A CRAP ABOUT CUSTOMERS
Their stupid delivery agent failed to deliver our stuff TWICE. After the third round of phone calls, we're told that in fact the first delivery was "rejected" (um, no it wasn't) and returned to the store, where everything was scanned back in and put on the floor again. Except I still haven't gotten a refund on my credit card, so, really? No one we've talked to actually seems to know what's going on, and it's all just been a huge pain in the ass. #IKEA USA such a disappointment...Horrible customer service....after paying over 6k on kitchen cabinets waiting whole day for the delivery to come, with no follow up or a call, waiting on customer service call for over hour an half, we are told that the cabinets we ordered that were suppose to be delivered today never made out of the ikea warehouse.
