Good luck if you find that parts are missing from your purchase. I have called 5 times in the last month and emailed always with the promise that I will be contacted. NO ONE has contacted me yet! I was told that missing parts would be "expedited". NO PARTS received yet. Purchase was made at the Charlotte, NC store. There's no phone # available to call there directly. The nice customer service people that I have spoken to say when they contact the store, they are unable to look up my case # because their system is down. Reall... read more

excellent and unique home ideas lighting rugs Gadget you can always find some really cool things at IKEA and don't forget they have a room that is marked down drastically markdown it could be missing a knob a table that could be lose that's all that's wrong with the stuff and you get a huge discount check it out
