RecommendedMy only complaint would be why have 26 registers if you’re only going to have 5 of them open. If I wanted that experience, I’d go to Walmart.. there were plenty of employees throughout the store that could have hopped on to help out for a few minutes.
Don’t recommend ordering online or delivery. Complete joke. Cant call them, they tell you call volume is to high and hang up. This has been going on for weeks.
Perfect to decorate and style your home. Extremely budget friendly. Very well organized.
I won’t EVER buy anything again from IKEA. I drove an hour to the closest store from my home in order to get the FAMILY member price ($20 cheaper) on a rug I had found a few weeks earlier, which had been out of stock at that time. I had also tried to purchase the same rug online, but was told that the FAMILY member price isn’t offered online. I made the hour journey today only to be told that the FAMILY member price I found earlier would not be honored today. They really should’ve honored the price now that the rugs are back... read more
😝You can drastically improve your phone system so you are more ready to communicate with your customers.
Better Customer service is needed as well as delivery. Ikea needs to start by getting a working phone number
The lines were extremely long on a Monday, very congested in a small area, friendly service though
