buying furniture at Ikea? be aware they have sold us the wrong thing 2 times and did not follow through on delivery promises. Three trips and looks like there will have to be a 4th because of continued incompetence. #ikeafail, #poorcustomerservice. spoke with phone customer service and they were of no help.

I used to go to Ikea occasionally when I lived in California but my experience in Charlotte was incredible...being able to let my 3 yr old play for an hour of our 3hour trip was AMAZING...we had a very yummy lunch in the cafe (we were a little bummed to find out the free food is only on certain weekends when we spent well over a $100.) But besides that our experiece was wonderful and we will definetly return!

Thank you IKEA! After arriving home there was a cracked board to my nightstand. I contacted IKEA and after several emails exchanging needed info, they sent me the needed part. They said 7 to 10 business days and I received it in 4 business days. The new piece looks great and my nightstand is up and running. I highly recommend IKEA!
We always love going to IKEA. Food was great, (Ran out of plates and it took several attempts to get them replenished) Products are exemplary and always at a great price!
