There is no way that I will ever use or purchase anything from Ikea again. My two bedroom apartment is in shambles waiting for them to complete my order. Customer service has been horrible if you can even get through. I will tell everyone I know to not use their picking and delivery service it's a waste of time and money.

You are the Spirit Airlines of furniture stores - poor quality and poor customer service masked by affordability. Your logistics system needs a major facelift. How can you expect your customers to keep coming back only to find things out of stock? AGAIN! In the meantime, the least you could do is improve the customer experience. With moving being a high-stress life event, you'd think they would understand and be more helpful. I welcome all industry competitors because I, for one, am ready to shop elsewhere.
Terrible customer service . Been trying to reach them for 1 week now because they didn't deliver an item I already paid for . They said they would issue me a refund and still nothing . Nobody would call me back and I've been calling everyday and on hold for 40 mins +. Absolutely terrible . How hard is it to fix your own mistake , IKEA?! Or at least have enough respect for your customers that spend thousands and thousands of dollars . CALL THEM BACK.
The Brooklyn, NY store stiffed my daughter on a delivery today after she took the day off and didn't have the decency to tell her or keep her from having to be on hold for literally hours. Brooklyn IKEA: I hope you get an STD.
