I bought an kids chair and is clearly used... Dirty, with scratches... How it is possible? Very bad...
I was disappointed in the lack of employees in the Customer Service area. Trying to return a small item, & there was about 6 people in line before me. Out of 8 registers, only 1 open with an employee helping people. Eventually they did open 1 more, but the line behind me was only growing. Did I mention that it was a Friday night too?
Seriously EVERY TIME WE COME HERE SMALLVILLE IS LIKE SORRY WE ARE CLOSING EARLY. Once or twice is one thing but the last 4 times. Ridiculous. I don't even want to come here again because it just causes my four year old to have a meltdown because she is excited to play, sees kids in there, it looks open then we walk up and sorry..... Don't have a kids place if you can not properly keep it open.
We went for a computer desk chair mat. The mat is great! The time spent roaming around and around for an hour trying to find it is ridiculous!!! We asked 4 different workers how to get to warehouse and was sent on a wild goose chase. We also ate at the Cafeteria. Food was good, the tables were dirty and don't expect to get any sweet tea! The cashier told us Corporate came in and told them no more selling sweet tea... Ok your in the South we drink Sweet tea not Hot tea honey...Seriously!!!
A lot of nice furniture, some of it a little to Jetsons for my taste. The prices were better than expected, with a few exceptions.
