I had to make a return and waiting period was ridiculous. I waited 45 minutes to return 2 small items. The customer service rep was very rude.

Rudeness, sloppiness and approximation. I visited several IKEA stores in Europe and US, but this one is definitely the worst I have ever been in
Hey, Red Hook Brooklyn, Love the store, but please seriously up the lunch situation. The employees do a great job, but there aren't enough people serving lunch, which is unfair to both the employees and customers. Today I waited 40 minutes in line for lunch. There were no forks in the bin, and part of my lunch wasn't available. Not the employee's fault! You really need to hire more people to handle lunch hour, especially on weekends and when schools are on break (today). Thanks!
I went today with my 2 year old, not easy, but the employees there made things a bit easier. One told me I could take a cart upstairs even though the sign on the elevator said not too (he said it's only enforced when the store is more busy). There was an employee coming to talk to people on line for home delivery so I didn't waste my time waiting to get to the front since it turned out the delivery price was more than I wanted to pay. Great products at a good value. First time trying the food and I must say I was impressed!
My very first time visiting IKEA was great and amazing experience and what delicious swedish Meatballs and poached salmon. Great store also and will come back again.
It was a good experiece visiting the store, it was well organised, the prices were comparable and the food in the restaurant was fresh and very cheap.
