I went for the first time yesterday with a friend and LOVED IT
We went early on a Sunday morning .. so not too crowded easy to walk throughout the whole store We love the way new designs were displayed .. very attractive, colorful Prices were good and the selection of item wide and varied
Super busy. Wall to wall people. Staff was not happy to be there and some of the items I went for were way over priced.
Crowded and too expensive. Felt like I was at the airport, not a pleasant experience.
First time there. I absolutely enjoyed my visit.
Me and my wife bought a couch in the store on Saturday for delivery on Monday but the delivery couldn't happen because the delivery company ikea uses had a felon driving the truck and couldn't get onto the army base I live on. So I canceled the purchase of the couch and will now go to Ashley furniture and get a couch. Good job ikea, thanks. �
I went to IKEA looking for specific items for my new home. I was able to get almost everything I was looking for! We had to wait a while in the kitchen department for a customer service person but it was a Saturday and very busy so that is understandable. I am only sad that I have to drive 3 hours to the closest store!
It was my first time in IKEA and I have to say that I love almost all of the furniture. I like how they have showrooms of the furniture. Everything is reasonably priced. And the food was pretty good! However, I felt like I was going to be ran over a million times by the rude and inconsiderate customers shopping around me. I feel like there should be workers in the showrooms making customers are behaving like decent mature adults and also for customer assistance about the products sold.
Customer service is very poor. Delivery driver showed up late, even when we were given a 4 hour window to be home. Caused major inconvenience, when asked what the problem was, he didn't have much else to say other than "I'm sorry, we loaded the truck late". Very unprofessional, especially when this "service" costs an extra $50 on top of the purchase!
