The Brooklyn IKEA was understaffed and those working were miserable! Only 2 people working the long line in the cafeteria and the food was horrible. Just throwing the food. And we had paper plates and plastic forks????? No dishwasher?? Only 1 cashier?? Are you kidding me. Of all the IKEA'S I've been to this store was awful! Hire some people!!!! Getting there from Manhattan was enough torture!!
I can only agree with everyone on the poorest level of customer service.They are the worst,I'm still waiting for the refund of my 1500 dollars order,2 months after I placed it.This is unacceptable - is it even legal? - and I will make sure that no one in my acquaintances buy anything again from Ikea.If you re too busy - as they tell you in the phone - just hire people, interns,whatever,to help you do your damn job correctly.
Floorplan not user friendly, check out area a maze but great products and prices.

I love � shopping at IKEA because every item is displayed in a way where you can visibly visualize the items in your home in a decorative manner...my next item will be a bedroom set and hanging lights.
I went yesterday for the 1st time with my family and it was amazing. The staff was so helpful and the price's were great . Food was completely clean and great prices to eat . I wouldn't order online and pay about $200 for delivery that's insane. I would go in the store. I went to buy a large closet, it was set up same day and looks amazing beautiful. Yes I would recommend it to anyone that is hesitating to try this location. Im definitely going backkk soon . 5 stars �����
Felt the store was a little rundown and the quality was so bad. Things look so much better quality on website but what do I expect? The prices are so low. Bought some tea lights, batteries and a chef knife. We'll see how the knife works. I don't really feel I need to ever return to IKEA AGAIN.
The customer service was really good but my check out experience sucked and security needs to fix their attitude. These are the last faces I see and unfortunately the one thing I'll remember the most.
