IKEA is worth the price and it's a necessary evil but it's never fun. It sucks the life out of you. Never expect them to remind you that lamp you just bought didn't come with a bulb. Expect nothing. Expect them to be wrong when they tell you delivery includes shelf installation.
The food court was so full of servers with attitude. I met Unique there she was working the condiments station. It was busy so many people everything was out or almost out. I noticed either a supervisor and or manager giving her instructions and walking away. She was so pleasant when I informed her about the honey mustard being out. She did work in a timely fashion. Once one of these manager or supervisor noticed she was also assisting with the soda juice problem and she handled it. He came around with a wipe rag running it ... read more

I had to reschedule the delivery and it was just hell. You call IKEA and after 30 mins waiting on the phone they tell you "OK, we will try but that depends on the delivery company". Then you call the delivery company and they tell you "Sorry, it has to be IKEA telling us to do so". Also, I had to arrange a second delivery (another day off from work, as in my building you can deliver only daytime) because they broke one item on the way and another one was missing. The lines are to long at the register..its like amaze...everything in a foreign language. Most of the guys in selfserve help.only the sexy women and the hemales superfluous on the masculinity.
Wow i havent been here for a while came to shop and eat cant believe this , the quality of food and services is gone so bad like B A D , the food is like jail food. I rather pay for macdonals probably wont bother come here any more.
The misleading advertising of 15 % off all sofas changed the whole image that I had of this company. I just have to say, the manager has no vision of customer service or the idea of how to argue with the customer. Here is what she said: "the Friheten sofa sleeper is not a sofa because it is a sofa bed" however the order for pick up has the description of each individual item listed as sofa....
