Harold in Kitchens was super nice and helpful. I even wrote the store a letter. :-)
This place has the most unfriendliest I would never design the kitchen with them. There was one young lady that was so rude she needed to be fire. And the men that work there rather watch two women load up a truck then help. Definitely no Southern Hospitality there
Terrible return policy and and customer service- long lines and very un empowered staff makes for a terrible experience of having to visit 3 times for what should have been a simple replacement. As much as I love many things IKEA, the customer service experience is simply abusive and irresponsible in this day and age.
I love ikea. I love everything about it. However, the one in charlotte isn't as great as others I've visited. The workers kind of ruined my most recent experience with their detached attitudes, texting while I was checking out, and overall acting like I interrupted them from whatever they would rather be doing. I'll be back because it's the closest one to me, but I have to drive 3 hours and it's nice when the employees are actually mentally checked in at work.
I'm a handicapped person and they did not have motorized carts. I was lucky enough to be with someone who could push me but I could never go to IKEA alone so I think it's unethical and unfair and I will no longer shop at Ikea and will tell all my friends that as well. You need to learn and respect handicap people. There are so many other stores that do accommodate us and we don't need your prejudice. I hope all the families of handicapped people will read this and stop supporting Ikea as well.
Childcare was NOT available and we went there for three days in a row. It is one of the only reasons I made The four hour journey to the store is because I know my children but I have somewhere to play while I shop. I was very disappointed. However, this is one of my favorite stores. Also, I was very disappointed at the amount of meatballs you got with the dinner menu
IKEA is the truth! Going to shop here often. I really enjoyed my experience and will soon return.
Going on a Tuesday night at 7:30 was OPTIMAL for this gal!! In and out in 35 minutes and that was going thru the entire store!!
We purchased 3 years ago a full kitchen from Ikea and 1 year later they discontinued this style. We have 2 doors that need to be replaced under warranty. But it is impossible to get someone to take care of this. We went to the store and at the service desk and in the kitchen department we get told to call the after sales number at after sales (been on the phone for 7hours!!!!!! Before you talk to someone) they tell you to go to the store!!!!!!! What about the great warranty IKEA promises?
IKEA has a 4.2 star rating with 2,082 reviews.
IKEA is closed now. It will open at 10:00 a.m.
