Prepare to sleep on the floor if you order a mattress from this location. I paid $60 extra for the at home delivery, took off from work to accept my furniture and they can't even make it in the 4 hour window?!!! I pay $$ for their products to deal with the worst service in my life. I call customer service and they don't even know where my item is. I was on hold for almost an hour still no answer about where my item is. Never in my life have I seen such incompetence with a company this well known.
I bought a dresser at the Brooklyn store and have been chasing them for a month to get the replacement of a defective part. Hours spent over the phone with no concrete answers/lies and still having the half built dresser all over my room. Will never buy again. �

Hello Ikea, thank you for not caring for me as a loyal customer that I am. Sorry for having you at the phone for over 1 hour trying to find out why my curtains haven't arrived. And I do apologise for asking you to send them next day delivery, after YOU sent them to Florida instead of New York, I'm sure that would be asking too much, to afford a cost you can't, probably 5 or 10 dollars. If you need help with your logistics, give me a call next time, I AM willing to help!
Please send me my PURCHASE made online. CASE # 44125196. You made a mistake in my delivery. I have been waiting for over a month for Ikea to deliver the correct item.
