Granted - wrong city, but: IKEA's Brooklyn NY store & Store Manager Patty Lobell are horribly unconcerned with their customers. Wait on hold forever to speak to them, then, they'll hang up on you. My daughter found they won't deliver what she'd been waiting on all day!!! A pox on IKEA!!! Don't buy from IKEA!!!

This was the first time I had ever been. Went looking for a specific item. There were 2 of them the display and a broken one. They would not sell me the display and told me to come back 3 days later. We drove 2 and a half hours there and was leaving that day so we could not come back. They are def not a customer focused company. Very cheap prices but not super impressed

TERRIBLE Customer Service. I purchased a bed & the screws were way too small so I ended up buying new ones from Home Depot, I called Customer service and told them about my problem & literally were so rude I ended up hanging up on the Woman. You should never ask a customer "what would you like for us to do about your problem". I called a month ago & still never heard from them, I finally called again & the lady just act like she did not care since I found a way to put the bed together. They got rid of the Lignonberry juice at the soda fountains! Why in the world would they do that? What would make you think raspberry Lipton tea would be a worthy substitute? Also, customer service needs some major work. Those are some grouchy people.

Had a horrible experience. After nearing the end of our shopping trip we were approached by a sales associate who referred to our service animal as a pet and asked us to leave. We were moments away from checkout. It was too embarrassing and infuriating to explain the mistake she had made; we simply left our cart as she showed us the "quickest way" out of the store.

I was at IKEA on Sunday, June 12 and visited for the first time. We didn't have any specific items that we were looking for so we just walked around. Definitely entertaining! Unfortunately, I think I lost my white gold and diamond wedding band and engagement ring in the parking lot. We were parked on Row E in the first few parking spots. If anyone is visiting and finds 1 or both rings, please notify the store manager! The store has been helpful is working with us to find them. Thank you!

I love ikea. I have shopped here for years. This last weekend, I went and bought about 3 carts worth of things. I underestimated the space in my vehicle, and ended up having to go inside with 3 large items to have shipped to my home. The shipping company they used was ridiculously terrible. They showed up at my home an hour and a half earlier than they said they would, and I couldn't leave work to sign for my shipment. Well the guy told me when i bought my loveseat that i didn't need installation because all i was going to have to do is screw on the legs. I called when arrived in pieces and they said if you drive back to the store 40 mins from my house we will schedule installation for full price. They wouldn't schedule over the phone. No hey what can we do to make our error right-which they admitted it was. Will never shop there again.

We have bought some really great products from here but the customer service is horrible! We were able to find what we needed but it would have been nice to have some help, it would have probably saved us an hour. We then get to the check out line and we weren't even greeted by the cashier JD. He didn't smile to us or speak to us. He just scanned our cart and handed us a receipt. He definitely left a really sour taste in my mouth.
