Worst customer service ever: both times I ordered from Ikea and had home delivery, I had to call at least five times to get things done (wrong items delivered, missed scheduled time, order not placed,...)

Do not shop here and definitely do not use the delivery service. It simple does not turn up in NYC. I called to complain and ask where my furniture is, reschedule it and does not turn up again. I am paying for a service and they are not fulfilling it. Unacceptable IKEA. I still do not have the furniture i have paid for and have sat at home all day on two occasions for nothing! UNACCEPTABLE
Sooo bad with delivery. I don’t often leave negative feedback but this time I have to.
You have the worst customer service ever. I have spent a total of over 3 hours on the phone on 3 separate occasions & it is literally impossible to get a live person on the phone. That is not counting the 2 trips I made to the store. 2 weeks later I am out of almost $700 & still no resolution on my cancelled order. Looks like I am going to waste another weekend afternoon to fight your crowds & get my money back. How do you say "I will never give you a dime of my money" in Swedish??!!!
