This is ridiculous to have your delivery rescheduled for twice still can't get my bed set with mettes. I don't even know when I will have next schedule for delivery again. Where I can get to arrange to get my delivery after 1 week already??
IKEA’s customer service sucks! I placed an online order on 5/29/18 but ordered the wrong size items in error. I have been trying to call them every day since then. I usually get “your wait time is 84 minutes”. Today they said 12 minutes. It’s already been 25 minutes! I give up. I guess I’ll just refuse delivery of the items.

I was told by the store when I purchased my chair that delivery was scheduled for July 12, I got an email from Ikea saying my delivery was scheduled for July 12, the delivery service called and gave me a 1-6 window. When the delivery failed to show I called IKEA and waited on hold for 1 hour and 40 minutes to be told I don't understand delivery date. Bottom line they have NO IDEA when he will actually be delivered. and to be told I don't understand.. I read her the email --
My delivery was supposed to be 7/24, the XPO delivery company first said their truck broke down now they're saying they never received the merchandise from the Ikea warehouse. this is ridiculous. I just want my furniture. I've called ikea at least 4 times on 3 different days, submitted a customer email missing product claim, and also called the XPO company at least 9 times over 3 days. How do I get my furniture????
