Purchased a bed, drove back to Raleigh and found pieces missing from the box. Called the service line and they promised to send the parts in 2 days. Nothing arrived in 5 days so I called back and no one in the store was aware they were supposed to send me parts and could not get a clear commitment on when the parts would be shipped
