Horrible Experience, had my delivery 4 hours late, asked for a refund, and they just didn't get back to me. I had to wait for 45 minutes on the phone for anyone to even talk to me. This is the worst IKEA experience i have ever had.
While I miss my home amongst my beautiful Swedish cousins, after a brief stint with an Indonesian couple, I'm in a happier place now. Even though I consider myself down-to-earth, my new room mates help me feel grounded. I've learned to develop some self-confidence, and don't let people walk all over me anymore. Thanks IKEA, for helping me touch peoples soles.
Awful!!!! The worst! Never again!!! 2 1/2 hour wait to exchange an item! And could still not even exchange it or I would miss the last ferry and be stuck in BKLYN!
Horrible Service in the kitchen department. I've been waiting for almost an hour just to have someone order a part for me that I get to pick up all by myself downstairs. I can't begin to comprehend why a consumer is not allowed to order this all by themselves.
We had great food and a wonderful walk through the store. At checkout we had a wait with the people in front. They bought things at self checkout and the. Paid online trying to use their family discount. It caused a long wait. The cashier was fantastic and courteous and it was absolutely the customers fault! We live our Brooklyn IKEA / have not yet had a bad experience!
