Please help! The smaland staff was not watching my child very well and she lost her prescription glasses she must wear at all times to see. They refuse to let me in to find them. Make this right!
This store is horrible. They only have two employees working the return area on weekend and I had to wait over an hour to return one item. You can always count on the staff to be rude! Absolutely terrible experience every time I have gone.

I bought a Hemnes queen bed last night. I got it all assembled and the last step and it was putting in a mid beam. I looked every where for it and realized it wasn't in the box. OK, no problem that happens. So i call Ikea to tell them i'm missing a part of the bed and they said that part was sold separately! NOWHERE does it say that piece is sold separately.
