You pick an item, you have to walk a mile to the warehouse to pick it up. After all that can you find out it’s out of stock no customer service people around. And the restaurant has a B rating. First and last time I go there.
Worst customer service I've ever seen. Still waiting our order from July 28th. On Tuesday, we'll have our 5th scheduled delivery... Impossible to contact with them by phone or email, and we have contacted, people in that service don't know how to help you or how to solve the problem. Never IKEA anymore!!
Stop complaining all of you and take the free ferry service from here to Manhattan and enjoy the ride happy days all
The customer service is absolutely horrible. I spent hours assembling a hemnes dresser and then the top drawer was not working. I called to return it and the miscommunication has continued. I’ve been told numerous times someone will contact me no one ever does. I’ve been waiting on a refund I was told I would receive for a month now. I’ve had to call back twice and was just disconnected after being on hold for 90 minutes. This is unbelievable. I will never shop at ikea again.
HORRIBLE! I will never do business with them again. They need better communication with their delivery service and their 888 number is mission impossible to get through. IKEA shouldn’t be charging me for something I don’t even have yet! You charged my card over a month ago and to date I still don’t have my dresser. You can suck it IKEA.
It has been OVER A MONTH and I still have not been refunded for my delivery that never arrived. Lies upon lies from XPOlogistics - saying they're on their way. Ikea must really HATE their "family' members to inflict that horrible horrible delivery and assembly company. DISGUSTING SERVICE. Tried again this morning after a month of being on hold. They could communicate with their customers and let them know when they will ever receive the items they have ordered. It is ridiculous. Their customer service number does not work and there is no way to get updates on pending orders. I will NEVER EVER purchase from them again.
