Delayed two times, and now is the third time. Wasting a lot of time to wait for the furniture that will not coming. Because of the delay, my friend and I have to sleep on the floor for a week, siting on the floor, having no table to eat. Don't know why people can bear this kind of bad delivery service. I'll tell my friends never buy things in IKEA.

I worked here, needs definite improvement. Especially after the company attempted to improve it. Everything individually is like obviously inexpensive, with a but. In a nutshell, if you feel at all anywhere near frustrated, please please try and acquire food. It sensibly relieves so much tension you do not want to project to the next person, especially yourself or a stressed out employee. I always end up getting more than what I planned on getting when I come here. I am always satisfied. Just wish they had portable dishwashers. Lol but all and all very good place and food.
Customer service is horrible and they do not seem to care. IKEA has gotten too big for their britches.
This is what you get for being cost effective. I would never use IKEA delivery ever again. 1. They gave me 9-6 okay but when I got a call stating that it would 9-3. Now when it was 5:35pm the guy called me and say he would be there in 30-40 minutes which it pass the time they said. 2 . They got my order wrong white bed with black head board really. TERRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE. I dont recommend their delivery service at all.

No one in the store is helpful, no one at customer service answers the phone, and delivery is a joke (IT NEVER SHOWS UP)!!!!
