Fail. Paid for delivery for several Pax wardrobes. Delivery came and only included the shelves and accessories. Ikea forgot the actual wardrobes. When I called, I was told to drive to the store to pick them up. Store is 3 hours away, and I PAID for delivery. There is no way to call the store. The customer service center told me to wait 3 days for a call back. WOW. Way to lose a customer.
We have been Ikea customer since last 10 years but this store has the worst customer services. They simply don't care.
Anna did not send me the two cam bolts that were damaged in one of my bathroom storage units! We are going on 7 days! I know these things are everywhere! I saw some on the floor when we were there! Plus the Rinnen plumbing that comes with sinks-totally sucks unless you are in Europe!! I had to spend almost $25 at the local home improvement store to retrofit my sink drain to accept standard US sizes and configurations! Get with it guys! This has been a total inconvenience!
Me and my sister visited the store yesterday and went to the restaurant excited to get the Thursday special which was the chicken. We had also seen the dessert trio which was advertised in the ikea CHARLOTTE flyer. When we came up to order the lady said they were out of the chicken. My sister then asked to have the salmon. She replied they were out of this as well. The only options were ten lonely meatballs that looked like they had been sitting there for a long time or dried in bbq sauce on the ribs. Tough choice. One of my favorite stores. The furniture is affordable and streamlined for any design plan. The furniture is not super, excellent quality, but reasonable for some of the prices. Some items are over-priced, in my opinion. Our experience in-store has always been positive, and we have been able to furnish rooms for peanuts compared to other stores. With a little creativity, you can make the pieces look more high-end. Great store, nice products.
